This is the teaching slope for the kids. They have this conveyor belt that takes them to the top of the "hill" (inclination) and then they race down. Well, I guess I musn't rip these kids off. Some of those 4 year olds went down some mean stuff at a speed even I got goosebumps on!
This is the bottom "closed" gondula that takes you up way up high. It goes all the way to the highest point. We're talking 11 053 feet high. Later on is a photo from that view and where we skiid down the cornice bowl.
This is a difficult photo to explain. It's the view out of our back sliding door. The evening we arrived it started snowing, until the next morning. We had 10 feet of fresh powder on Friday morning. That snow at the bottom of the door is basically how much it there was from one night!
This was taken the evening we arrived from our back door. It was coming down in buckets!
This is the parking lot infront of the Inn. Lucky for us, we got the last undercover parking that night, otherwise I don't know how we would have found our car!
The next morning after the snowfall. Blue skies and crisp white snow...Ahhhh....what more could you want!
